Mortgage Advisor – Catford
Position within PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a subsidiary of LSL Property Services plc, serving as an appointed representative partner firm.
Role supports the Reeds Rains estate agency business in Catford and can be employed or self‑employed. All leads are provided by partner estate agencies.
Salary: Base £30,000‑£35,000 (employed). OTE £70,000+. Self‑employed split 70% on self‑generated leads and 45% on leads provided.
* Must be a CAS‑registered Mortgage and Protection advisor with broking experience.
Work arrangement
* Full office work or hybrid work.
