Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Care Assistant – Nights at Chorleywood Manor Care Home. You will make a positive impact on residents’ lives, working in a caring, supportive environment that values respect, compassion and a shared commitment to exceptional care.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, ensuring their independence, dignity and respect at all times.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection, and promptly raise any identified risks.
* Act courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
* Practice safe systems of work and maintain a clean and safe environment.
* Contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Qualifications & Experience
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Initiative and respect toward residents and team members.
* Efficiency and the ability to carry out reasonable instructions from team members.
* Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
Additional Requirements
* DBS Disclosure check – the cost will be met by Avery Healthcare.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Salary: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Full‑time nights
