Key Responsibilities: * Plan, launch and manage outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn * Use tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Woodpecker, and Cognism to drive lead generation * Build and manage targeted audience lists from CRM and third-party platforms * Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up and reporting discipline * Write compelling outreach messaging that resonates with with decision makers * Track campaign performance, identify trends, and adjust for better results * Use CRMs to maintain full visibility of sales and marketing activity About You: We’re looking for a hands-on Campaign Manager who is commercially minded — someone who’s not just creative, but knows how to make marketing work in practice. If you've worked in a sales or marketing agency, especially in B2B outreach, this could be a perfect fit.
