The Opportunity:
FinTech Scotland is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead and manage the day‑to‑day marketing activities of the organisation for a period of 18 months to cover maternity leave within the team. This position requires someone who can multitask effectively, lead the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives, and contribute to the coordination and execution of events and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently and aligned with broader business objectives.
Your skills and attributes for success:
* Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the financial services, fintech or innovation spaces.
* Strong communication, collaboration, teamworking and people management skills to liaise effectively with internal and external partners.
* Strong experience in execution and performance tracking of campaigns, including timely execution and achieving key performance indicators.
* Events management and coordination experience.
