Duties:
1. Act as the appointed competent person for lifting operations in accordance with project requirements.
2. Develop, review, and approve lift plans for all lifting activities.
3. Coordinate and manage lifting operations to ensure compliance with project EHS standards, including Google Exhibit U and applicable local regulations.
4. Plan and oversee critical lifts and ensure required approvals are in place.
5. Liaise with site management, crane operators, subcontractors, and EHS teams.
6. Attend crane coordination meetings and ensure lifting activities are properly sequenced with site logistics.
