Contract: Full Time – September 2025 start
Salary: £82.20 - £100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under teacher supervision.
* Support therapy and care programmes.
* Monitor pupil progress and report to the teacher.
* Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Manage challenging behaviour and provide emotional support.
* Supervise pupils during school activities and outings.
* Maintain learning resources and assist with specialist equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
* Experience working with SEN pupils.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
