Position: Senior Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef
Salary: £14.90 per hour (dependent on experience) + tips + tronc + bonus

Rudy’s started in Manchester in 2015 with a simple obsession: great pizza comes from passion, craft, and proper Neapolitan technique. Fresh dough made daily, the finest Italian ingredients, a blazing hot oven, and just 60 seconds to perfection.
Now we’re bringing that energy to Bristol and we’re looking for a Senior Pizzaiolo to help lead the way.

About the role
This is a hands-on, high-energy pizza kitchen role built around authentic Neapolitan technique. You will be central to creating the perfect pizza from dough to bake.
You will be responsible for stretching, shaping, and firing pizzas the Neapolitan way, managing dough with confidence, working with high-temperature pizza ovens, maintaining consistency under pressure, and setting the standard for quality in the kitchen.
What we are looking for
10. Passion for Neapolitan pizza and traditional techniques
11. Confidence working with pizza ovens
12. Strong understanding of dough handling
13. Experience in a pizza kitchen or strong desire to master the craft
14. High standards, consistency, and a calm approach in a fast-paced environment
