Location: Hybrid working with a base at Kings Hill, Kent (Regular in-person attendance required for key monthly and quarterly meetings)

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full time

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident operating at Board level. Working as a trusted partner to our CEO and Chairman, providing high-quality support at the centre of Commercial Services Group. This is a role with real exposure, where your judgement, discretion and ability to stay one step ahead will make a tangible difference.

Why this role matters

You will enable the CEO and Chairman to operate at pace and with focus, ensuring priorities are clear, time is protected and key activity runs seamlessly.

The role requires sound judgement and absolute discretion. You will be trusted with sensitive information and will regularly interact with senior stakeholders, including at Board level, making professionalism and credibility essential.

What you’ll be doing

Managing complex diaries and inboxes, balancing competing priorities and changing demands

Coordinating Board, Executive and governance meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders

Building strong relationships across the organisation and wider network

Preparing high-quality briefings, documents and communications

Handling confidential information with care and sound judgement

Anticipating needs, resolving issues early and keeping things on track

Supporting wider strategic activity and projects where required

What we’re looking for

Proven experience supporting senior leaders at Board or Executive level

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively

Excellent judgement and confidence in decision making

A high level of discretion and professionalism

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive, calm and solutions-focused approach

Confidence working with senior stakeholders

Flexibility to attend key in-person meetings at Kings Hill

What you’ll get in return
