We're partnering with a leading and highly respected business in the Milton Keynes area to recruit an Assistant Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a finalist or newly qualified ACCA/CIMA professional looking to take the next step towards a true business partnering role.
The RoleWorking closely with the Finance Business Partner and senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in:
* Managing the month-end process, including reviewing costs, analysing variances, and preparing reports.
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for projects.
* Partnering with budget holders to provide insight, challenge, and guidance.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving efficiencies.
* Assisting with financial analysis and reporting, including dashboard creation and data visualisation (Power BI experience is a plus).
About YouWe're looking for a proactive, ambitious finance professional with:
* ACCA/CIMA finalist or newly qualified
* Solid month-end experience and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* A naturally tech-savvy approach, comfortable working with data and systems.
