Overview
An OFSTED "Good" rated primary school in Batley require a Behaviour and Social Inclusion Worker to start as soon as possible. This is a rare opportunity to work with children who may have strugglewith SEMH and the role will be centred around the well-being and development of primary-aged children. The school are specifically looking for someone who is committed to developing a team approach, working with parents, teachers, support staff and the wider community.
Responsibilities
* Support the wellbeing and development of primary-aged children, including those who may struggle with SEMH.
* Contribute to a team approach by working with parents, teachers, support staff and the wider community.
* Act on own initiative, plan and manage your own workload, and prioritise to respond to unplanned circumstances, emergencies and varying needs.
Qualifications and qualities
* Enthusiastic and passionate approach to the development of children and other staff where appropriate.
* A keen thirst for further learning to develop your own skills.
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative, organisation, and time management.
