About you NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification) Proven track record as a CQC Registered Manager in a care home or similar setting Strong professional background in elderly and dementia care At least 4 years experience as a Care Home Manager (or in an equivalent senior leadership role) A confident, compassionate leader who inspires and motivates multidisciplinary teams Skilled in budget management, resource planning, and delivering quality care Location: North Staffordshire (commutable from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Crewe, and surrounding areas).
