Clarion Housing Group’s charitable foundation, Clarion Futures, is transforming lives and strengthening communities by delivering one of the UK’s largest social investment programmes.
As part of this service, Clarion Futures has a dedicated Jobs and Training core team and involvement with externally funded projects of the same nature. We are seeking a focused, multi-skilled Project Assistant to support the Jobs and Training Central Compliance and Support Team.
This vital role offers exposure to a variety of professional development with a focus on supporting the advisory staff with streamlined processes and providing important statistics to management, whilst making recommendations to all staff.
This role is central and integral to the Jobs and Training service; the team is a central point of contact, working confidently with internal teams, residents, customers and delivery partners. The team builds strong, collaborative relationships internally across the service, often liaising with other Clarion Futures teams for regular reporting to provide the best understanding of our customer needs, quality and impact.
We are looking for someone proficient in interpreting performance data to refine delivery and improve outcomes. Someone with knowledge of projects and/or a willingness to learn the role. An element of confidence with data is required, and to be able to create reports for KPI’s and other required statistics regularly, using both Excel, Power BI and SharePoint. Crucially, an understanding of community investment, development and wellbeing approaches is required.
