Role Overview:
As a Care Worker, you’ll be delivering person-centred care and support to service users. Your responsibilities will include:
5. Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
6. Performing manual handling duties using appropriate equipment ( hoists, slide sheets)
7. Supporting with meals, medication prompts, and companionship
8. Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life
9. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the care team
10. You will be a vital part of someone’s day, helping them live with dignity and respect.
Requirements:
11. Minimum 6 months UK experience in care work
12. Manual handling training and confidence using equipment
13. A caring, empathetic, and professional attitude
14. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
15. Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills
