We’re looking for a Credit Manager to join our industry leading telecoms distribution business. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on decision-making to protect and grow our business. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team, sales teams, and customers to ensure robust credit processes while enabling commercial success. What you’ll do: Lead and support our credit management team to deliver strong cash collection month on month, minimising overdue debts. Make confident, commercially driven credit risk decisions to help grow our business. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Protect our business with credit risk management and the use of trade credit insurance. Oversee day-to-day operations with the team, including allocations, reconciliations and query resolution. Produce monthly management reporting, including the monitoring of DSOs. Partnering with finance leadership to provide insightful support with cash forecasting for cashflow planning and reporting. Regularly review the current credit exposure against debtor performance. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in credit management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Comfortable in customer-facing situations. Ability to balance risk with commercial opportunity.
