Role: Apprentice Site Engineer
Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Contract: FTC for the duration of the apprenticeship, with a view to becoming permanent once completed
Division: Building South
We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Site Engineer to join the GRAHAM team. The successful candidate will be based at our Milton Keynes project, with potential to work across other sites. The role involves supporting our Site Management/Engineering team while studying on a day/block release basis.

Responsibilities include:
* Setting out, levelling, and surveying a construction site
* Working with site plans, drawings, and building information models
* Mapping structural boundaries on the ground using pegs and markers
* Liaising with designers and engineers to ensure plans and drawings are accurate
* Overseeing quality control
* Monitoring health and safety
* Resolving technical problems
* Working both in an office and on a construction site
* Ensuring compliance with all company procedures and health, safety, environmental, and quality management procedures
* Achieving high standards of quality and workmanship
* Promoting the company positively
Candidate requirements:
* Resident of Milton Keynes
* Strong desire for the role and ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent communication skills and flexibility in working locations
* 3 A Levels at C grade or above, or BTEC Level 3 (triple grade); exceptional candidates may start at a lower level
* Knowledge of the construction industry
* Interest in developing a STEM career within construction
