Job Role: Electrical Improver to Qualified Electrician
We aim to develop from an Electrical Improver to a Qualified and Competent Electrician. The role involves completing relevant college coursework, complying with Health and Safety and Company policies, and gaining experience in industrial installation, inspection, and testing of electrical systems and associated disciplines.
As part of your ongoing development, we expect the following within achievable targets:
* Learn to be the best electrician you can be (training and support provided)
* Complete your training jobs as assigned
* Work towards obtaining your Gold Card and NVQ Level 3, or start gaining relevant experience with our support
Skills/Qualifications:
* C&G Level 3 or equivalent
* Good work attitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Minimum of C&G Level 3 or equivalent and two years of practical experience
* Full, clean driving license; must be at least 21 years old to drive company vehicles for insurance reasons
