This job is for you if.......

·You’re a strategic product leader with a passion for transforming legacy software into innovative, market-leading platforms.

·You blend product vision with technical depth, and can drive modernization, cloud transformation, and AI integration.

·You thrive on leading global cross-functional teams across Product, UX, Engineering, and QA to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

·You have a strong grasp of technical architecture and modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).

·You're obsessed with customer experience and believe in UX-driven, data-informed product development.

·You’re commercially savvy and excited to lead go-to-market strategy and grow market share in a competitive industry.

·You want to help shape the future of maritime and asset management software by staying ahead of industry trends.

·You have a People First and servant leader approach with your leadership style

Even better if you have......

·Significant experience of product management and leadership in B2B software or enterprise SaaS

·Proven track record in modernizing legacy systems and leading cloud/SaaS transitions

·Strong technical acumen, including software architecture, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure

·Experience in leading cross-functional teams on a global scale: Product, UX, Engineering, QA, and Technical Writing

·Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design

·Familiar with agile development, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices

·Knowledge of data analytics, AI, and automation to inform product strategy

·Strategic mindset with the ability to balance vision and execution

·Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

This role is unlikely to be a great match if.....

·You are uncomfortable with ambiguity and transformation as this role demands navigating organisational change, legacy modernization and driving innovation – resistance to change would be a blocker

·You prefer isolated product work – success here depends on collaboration across departments and alignment with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and R&D

·You haven’t led cross-functional teams – if you haven’t directly managed or closely collaborated with UX, Engineering, QA, and Technical Writing teams, you’ll miss critical leadership expectations

·You lack technical depth – if you don’t have a strong understanding of software architecture, cloud, infrastructure, or engineering workflows, you’ll struggle in this highly technical leadership role

·You are not willing to travel – we are a global company so our people and customers are spread across the world and this role will be required to travel to meet with our customers and our people within our R&D function (the majority of our team is based in Argentina)
