The individual will collaborate with the Commercial and Operations Manager and various colleagues to deliver high-quality, visible commercial services to external and internal clients. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact for external clients, including Monmouthshire Housing Association, Aneurin Bevan Health Trust, Heddlu Gwent Police, and various developers. Maintaining public open spaces, verges, planting areas, schools, and contracted sites to ensure a quality green and sustainable environment. Participating in street services activities, including litter picking and responding to incidents of fly-tipping.
