We're hiring a
Personal Brand & Social Growth Lead
to take full ownership of growing a founder-led personal brand and supporting authority-driven content on a company brand account.
This role sits at the intersection of
content, growth, and revenue
. You will be responsible not just for posting content, but for shaping strategy, directing execution, and turning attention into leads.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how personal brands drive trust, distribution, and demand.
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution across platforms.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
* Plan YouTube long-form content (topics, positioning, angles)
* Plan short-form content aligned with platform-native formats
* Define and evolve content pillars based on performance
* Direct what content should be filmed and why
Content Creation & Direction
* Write long-form content outlines and scripts
* Shape short-form hooks, narratives, and formats
* Work closely with a video editor and designer to produce assets
* Maintain consistency in voice, quality, and positioning
Distribution & Growth
* Post daily across platforms (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
* Implement organic growth strategies per platform
* Drive engagement through comments, replies, and conversations
* Iterate quickly based on performance signals
Conversion & Business Impact
* Convert social reach into inbound leads
* Design CTAs, content-to-offer flows, and simple funnels
* Track what content drives attention vs. what drives conversion
* Optimise based on outcomes, not vanity metrics
You are responsible for

What We're Looking For
Required Experience
* Proven experience growing
personal brands
(not just company pages)
* Experience working with founders, creators, or info-product businesses
* Strong understanding of organic social growth mechanics
* Ability to think strategically and execute independently
Skills
* Strong writing and content ideation skills
* Deep understanding of short-form + long-form content strategy
* Comfortable directing editors and designers
* Platform-native knowledge (each platform treated differently)
* Clear understanding of how content converts into leads
Nice to Have
* Experience with education, coaching, or info products
* Experience scaling accounts from low traction to meaningful reach
* Familiarity with multiple audience segments and offers
