We are seeking a well-organised and adaptable Senior Administrator to join our Diagnostic Medical Physics department within the Diagnostics & Therapies Division.
You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive group of colleagues who are committed to delivering high-quality work, even under pressure. The department has recently undergone a restructure, creating opportunities to improve how we support our three scientific teams administratively. Some processes are still being shaped, so we’re looking for someone who can work confidently with ambiguity and help us build better ways of working.
This is a key administrative role supporting a specialist scientific service that ensures the safe use of imaging equipment across UHBW and for external customers. The department also contributes to teaching, training and research.
You’ll provide a mix of general and specialist administrative support, working closely with the Medical Physics Business Manager and the wider team.
