The Role
This is a senior, hands on leadership role responsible for theend to end operationof a high turnover retail store. Working closely with Senior Management, you'll turn vision into action, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving commercial performance, standards, and growth.
Store Manager Key Responsibilities:
1. Full responsibility for the overall store operation
2. Lead, manage, and develop a team of over 20 associates
3. Oversee stock, buying, deliveries, merchandising, and supplier relationships
4. Manage budgets, margins, costs, wastage, and loss prevention
5. Drive excellent customer experience in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
