Position Summary
We are looking for a qualified Dental Nurse to join Torcross Dental Practice in Coventry as part of the Rodericks Dental Partners group.
Hours: 22.5 per week. The role involves supporting clinical staff and enhancing patient experience.
Practice Highlights
* Large end‑terrace house with 4 surgeries using Dentally software
* Close to Coventry train station, with bus stops outside
* Near M6 motorway
* Free on‑site parking at rear
* Close to town centre, shops, restaurants, and green parks
* Dentists ranging from 4 to 15 years’ experience
* Practice Manager with 21 years’ experience
* Services offered: implants, fixed orthodontics, Invisalign
Responsibilities
* Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures
* Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials
* Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
* Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
Qualifications & Skills
* Qualified and GDC‑registered Dental Nurse
* Confident and professional communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including procedures where you may see blood or surgical treatments
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
* A caring, compassionate approach towards patients and colleagues
* A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
