Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, focused and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and facilities management sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, relationship building, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for fire and security systems and maintenance contracts.
2. Develop tailored proposals for Fire & Security solutions (Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection).
3. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
