How you create impact
As National LTL/FTL Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and profitable growth across the national LTL/FTL business. You will ensure seamless transportation operations, high service quality, and continuous productivity improvements while developing a strong and sustainable carrier network. Acting as a key interface between Operations, Sales and external partners, you will support business growth initiatives, strengthen customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company standards and operational best practices.

* Drive profitable growth and operational performance within national LTL/FTL operations
* Ensure high service quality and effective deviation management to improve customer satisfaction
* Improve operational processes and increase productivity within dispatch and operations teams
* Develop and manage a strong carrier management strategy with subcontractors and transport partners
* Support Sales teams by enabling operational solutions for new business opportunities
* Monitor operational KPIs, analyse performance trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and quality requirements
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen operational efficiency and service reliability
