Guided by the Equipment Returns Coordinator you will be responsible for processing Equipment Returns through the Gillingham Equipment Warehouse in an accurate and timely manner, contributing to process improvement and providing a daily Equipment Returns Report where required. In addition you will also be required to support the Equipment Team where appropriate in the usual Operations processes (Goods-In, Receipting, Put-away, Picking, Checking and Despatching).### ### PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:### To receive and book-in Equipment Returns, logging these in the TSX system and crediting customers where appropriate. To process ‘Returns to Stock’ To process ‘Returns to Supplier’ for supplier credit or for repair To facilitate the ‘Trade-In’ process To carry out other Equipment Returns processes (to ‘scrap’, ‘sell-off’, ‘workshop’ etc…) To undertake investigation work both inside and outside the business to resolve issues To chase suppliers for credits where appropriate To complete transfers between Branch Plants as appropriate in order to track products To maintain good housekeeping in line with MHRA guidelines To carry out any other reasonable requests as required To support the Equipment Team where appropriate### **Physical Activities:**### This position will be working in a warehouse environment, utilising typical warehouse equipment and will involve lifting.### CORE COMPETENCIES:* ### Basic literacy, numeracy and IT skills are essential for the core duties of the role.* ### The ability to work independently or as a team member and to cooperate with other departments.### ### Working hours: Monday – Friday; 40 hours per week (9:00am to 5:30pm)### Henry Schein is committed to the principle of equal opportunities in employment in all spheres of its operation.
