We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Continuous Improvement Specialist, to be involved in the compliance for game-changing technology within the nuclear industry.
Working alongside the already established Quality Department, this role plays a critical role in driving, establishing, and implementing continuous improvement throughout the Rolls-Royce SMR Business.
In this role, you will be accountable for developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies, aligning them with organizational goals, and driving strategic change to meet best practices through improvement and quality excellence.
You will coach, mentor, and train process owners & continuous improvement practitioners and other team members, ensuring they are proficient in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

1. Top-performing, high-potential continuous improvement specialists who have demonstrated exceptional results and are looking to advance their careers by taking on a more significant leadership role.
2. Leadership responsibilities for strategic deployment of continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring/training process owners and other quality practitioners.
3. Master Black Belt.
4. Drive efficiencies aligned to business priorities.
5. Support other business-related quality initiatives and activities as the organization continues to mature.
6. Apply best practice tools and techniques across the function.
7. Develop and deploy the continuous improvement strategic direction.
8. Provide strategic continuous improvement leadership through influencing, coaching, and mentoring process owners and other practitioners throughout the business.
9. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
10. Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
11. IT skills covering Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
12. Experience with web-based applications/software.
13. Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) Member.

Pay And Benefits
We anticipate paying a salary of between £68,000 - £89,000 DOE plus:
* Bonus - Performance-related target opportunity 17%
* Benefits Allowance – £5,000 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
* Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
* Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
* Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover healthcare.
* Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay.
* £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases.
