We're looking for an experienced Confirmation Specialist to join our Call Center
As a Call Center Confirmation Specialist for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you play a key role in managing our appointment schedule for in-home consultations across all markets. In this role you'll be in-bound and outbound calling to confirm details of pre-scheduled visits for order accuracy and on-time schedule assurance.

Responsibilities
* Manage appointment calendars.
* Dispatch and communicate with field representatives.
* Data entry using multiple platforms.
* Follow up on canceled and rescheduled leads.
Qualifications
* Call Center experience required.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional Demeanor.
* High School diploma or educational equivalent preferred.
* Comfortable navigating multiple applications and platforms.
* Data entry experience 2+ years.
