Job Title: Forest Schools Trainer
Your focus will be to support learners in reaching their goals and achieving their qualifications. As the first point of contact, you will provide guidance and motivation throughout their learning journey with Realise.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering educational qualifications within your skill set and knowledge base at our Hubs and community venues across your geographical area.
2. Managing a caseload of learners, overseeing progress, and identifying and overcoming barriers to achievement from start to finish.
3. Using various delivery and assessment methods to ensure tailored learning, employing pedagogical approaches that make learning accessible to all.
4. Collaborating with learner recruitment teams to ensure alignment with the ethos of ‘Right Learner, Right Programme’, and striving to exceed qualification achievement and retention benchmarks.

About You:
* Ability to inspire and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds and all levels to achieve their goals.
* Possession of a teaching or training qualification such as Level 3, 4, or 5, or PTLLS (or equivalent).
* Level 3 Forest School Leader accreditation.
* Minimum of two years of post-qualification experience leading forest school programs, including at least one long-term program across seasons with varied client groups.
* First aid qualification of at least 16 hours, including outdoor elements, or willingness to undertake relevant training.
* Experience delivering training to learners from diverse backgrounds, including unemployed learners, is advantageous.
* UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
* Willingness to travel across the designated area and further afield as required.
* Availability for some evening work, to be discussed at interview.
