As Working Supervisor of this dedicated team no two days will be the same, you’ll want to be a big part of our outside spaces looking tip top, this role will have you enjoying all weather types that the UK seasons bring us!
You’ll support with training, development, the implementation of new processes, services and tools, all while providing a proactive service to our customers so you’ll need those great relationships building skills of yours.
You’ll also need a full, UK driving licence.
A few key points from our role profile:
* On site accountability for work output, health & safety, and work recording
* To undertake all aspects of tree care and surgery to BS 3998:2010.
* To have adequate training and qualifications to operate on occasions without supervision.
* To interpret plans and specifications, schedules, set out sites and complete all paperwork relevant to the job.
* Keep accurate vehicle, plant equipment and work programme records.
* Ensure waste is managed in line with the business certified environmental system.
* To be aware of and comply with, the relevant risk assessments, hazards, and the control measures to be used.
