Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, is inviting candidates to apply for our Future Cabin Crew programme.
This is your exclusive opportunity to join over 16,000 Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s growing network of 90+ operational bases, delivering best-in-class customer service to over 600K guests on more than 3,600 flights every day!
Flying for Ryanair offers amazing perks such as unlimited discount travel across 250+ destinations, an industry-leading ‘5 on 3 off’ roster, and highly competitive salary packages. Plus, you receive world-leading, completely free training!
No prior experience is necessary, as our training courses are designed to equip you with all the fundamental skills needed to deliver a safe and top-class inflight experience. Upon completion, you will be issued your ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and ready to take to the skies!
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding, but it is also demanding, with safety as our top priority. You will operate early and late shifts, reporting as early as 5 am or returning home at midnight, depending on the roster. If you are not a morning person, consider this before applying. However, if you are customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the career for you!
What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?
As we prepare for another record-breaking summer season with limited roles available, we are opening opportunities for aspiring candidates to join our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future training courses later this year.
What does this mean?
We will process your completed application and invite you to an online interview. If successful, you will be added to a ‘hold pool’ and prioritized for future training courses. Our team will stay in contact to provide updates and confirm your interest in preferred or other locations.
Please note: To progress your application, you must complete initial stages, including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in our hold pool for upcoming training opportunities.
