Who We Are Looking For We’re seeking a motivated Registered Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. Or a Deputy Manager looking to step up. You’ll have a proven record of managing or deputising within Ofsted-regulated children’s homes, with strong leadership skills and an understanding of trauma-informed practice. Essential Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it) Previous experience managing a team within an Ofsted-registered children’s home Sound knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted frameworks (SCCIF) Strong leadership and team management skills A valid Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car Who You Will Be Working For A well-established and respected family-run organisation providing residential care since 1993.
