At ISL, based in Alsager, Cheshire, we operate a supported living project dedicated to empowering individuals with complex mental health needs. Our service supports 18 people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible.

What you'll do:
You will provide outcome-focused, person-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Your role will include:
· Supporting with medication management
· Teaching and encouraging life skills
· Assisting with daily living tasks
· Facilitating community access and engagement
· Providing emotional support
· Helping manage tenancies
· Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support
Who we're looking for:
We need full-time (37.5 hours), part-time (23.5 hours) and bank staff (zero hour contract) staff ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota. Full induction is provided.

· All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
