SEN Teaching Assistant – Doncaster Location: Doncaster Pay: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Short-term and Long-term Roles Available Agency: Teaching Personnel Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Doncaster. We have both short-term and long-term opportunities available with immediate starts. The Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties Assist the class teacher with planning and adapting learning activities Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school-based or relevant transferable experience) A patient, empathetic and resilient approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) What Teaching Personnel Offers: Competitive daily pay (£90–£110 per day depending on experience) Flexible working options Ongoing CPD and training oppor...
