As a Complex Care Clinical Lead you will:
1. Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs
2. Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care
3. Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management
