What You’ll Do
As a Junior Finance Assistant, you will:
* Assist with matching invoices
to purchase orders and processing them accurately in Business Central
* Support the timely and
accurate processing of purchase ledger invoices to ensure suppliers are
paid on time
* Help set up and maintain
supplier accounts, keeping records accurate and up to date
* Support supplier statement
reconciliations
* Ensure all tasks are completed
in line with Company procedures and relevant legislation
* Develop your understanding
of purchase ledger processes and the wider Group through hands-on experience
and training
* Carry out additional reasonable
duties to support the finance team as required

* Previous exposure to purchase
ledger or accounting systems (including Business Central) is desirable but
