My client, a leading professional services company, is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their team and provide professional support across all areas of HR. You’ll work closely with managers and stakeholders to deliver best practice, support employee relations, and help foster a positive workplace culture.
Role and Responsibility
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
* Manage employee relations cases from initiation to resolution
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment law
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support organisational goals
Essential skills
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar HR role
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
* Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
