Support Worker
We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.
This is a full-time position based in Reading, where we have a residential home for 7 adults with complex physical, medical, and learning needs and a supported living service for 5 adults with learning disabilities. The people who live with us need full support in all aspects of their lives. The level of care we provide and the outcomes for those who live with us are outstanding.

~Shifts will include early, late, and sleep-ins. Weekend working and bank holiday working is required.

All aspects of personal care, feeding, cooking, some cleaning, and key working.
In-house activities - baking, art/crafts, board games, sensory, reading etc.

You will need to be able to work the following shifts - Early 7.Shift times may change to suit the needs of the people we support. -
