10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience, including 3 to 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect role, with particular focus in Core HR, Recruitment, Absence Management, HR Helpdesk and Payroll/3rd Party Payroll.
Demonstrable experience of large-scale HR Transformation programmes and deep HR domain expertise across multiple process areas (ideally with experience in the airline or retail organisations)
Experience supporting the definition of to-be business architecture design, integration architecture with demonstrable experience of working in complex HRIS environments
Expertise in driving the definition of to-be integration and data architecture with demonstrable experience of working with both Oracle Cloud and other vendor solutions
