Your Impact:
As a Beauty Consultant for Parfums Christian Dior, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for driving fragrance & beauty sales by achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand and providing a personalised luxury service to customers.
Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Parfums Christian Dior at all times.
Position
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
SALES:
1. To be an expert in Fragrance, makeup and skincare, able to present and apply products to inspire and gain new clients
2. To pro - actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service and experience to customers
3. To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager
4. To pro - actively link & cross sell over all product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and items per transaction (IPT)
5. KPI - To achieve set sales targets
SERVICE:
6. To be knowledgeable on all Parfums Christian Dior products and be able to propose personalised products to clients
7. To initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping
8. To develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty, introducing the DIOR “My Exclusive Loyalty Programme” reward scheme to all clients
9. To educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brands rich heritage
10. KPI - to deliver expertise in a Clients Experience (CX) & NPS feedback scores
GENERAL:
11. To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines, protecting the brands image
12. To monitor stock levels, report any issues and ensure that there are sufficient levels
13. To adhere to all company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook
14. To Build a strong Brand database - update ipos tool with client data including all sales and client profile
15. To develop and utilise customer database on ipos to build clientele (phone calls, product launch events and appointments)

Profile
Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
