Business Development Manager
SALARY: 30,000 Basic + (30,000 Guarantee for First Year), totaling 60k Guaranteed in Year 1
Realistic OTE: 155,200 (uncapped), with top earners exceeding 220k
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will develop new business opportunities by collaborating with the Telemarketing and Services Teams, and by building a referral network.
We seek a dynamic, motivated, and high-performing professional to sell Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to mid-market businesses (30+ employees).

Candidate Requirements
* At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (industry experience not required)
* Confident in value-based and consultative selling
* Ability to sell to diverse audiences including Business Owners, Directors, and HR Managers
Responsibilities
1. Attend sales appointments scheduled by your Telemarketing partner
2. Collaborate with the Head of Seminars to create quarterly seminar plans to maximize sales
3. Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners
4. Self-generate leads, appointments, and referrals through daily activity
5. Achieve quarterly sales targets
6. Maintain and manage your sales pipeline accurately
