About the Role:
You’ll play a key support role within the conveyancing team, stepping in to manage and progress files during periods of staff leave or absence. This setup offers variety and challenge without the pressure of carrying a permanent caseload.

The firm, headquartered in Yorkshire, has continued to expand and is now seeking an individual with a strong background in residential conveyancing, especially freehold sales and purchases. The role is fully remote, though hybrid working is also available for those local to the office.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload
* Confident handling freehold sale and purchase transactions
* Experience with leasehold and/or new build matters is a plus – training can be provided
