About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our talented kitchen production team.
This exciting opportunity is based primarily at our Clifton campus but also includes working with colleagues at our City, Brackenhurst and Mansfield campuses catering for students, staff and guests.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong understanding of best practice in relation to food hygiene, allergen control and health and safety and will have experience of producing modern, high-quality dishes at volume from fresh ingredients. Serving a diverse range of customers at out restaurants and café, as well as delivered hospitality and events, you will have the opportunity to exhibit your innovation and flair by contributing to our changing offer and menus.
