Role
The role will support the administrative needs of the Batley warehouse and will play a key role in ensuring all systems and paperwork requirements are met, promoting efficiency and increased productivity across the whole operation.
Responsibilities
The main duties include:
* Supporting the day‑to‑day administrative functions of the warehouse.
* Maintaining and updating warehouse inventory systems.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
* Collecting, analysing and building reports to support decision making.
* Managing paperwork and documentation to meet organisational and regulatory requirements.
* Working collaboratively with team members and other departments to exceed targets.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong IT and system skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Target‑driven, with the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
* Experience with warehouse inventory systems and commercial export processes.
* Experience in data collection, data analysis and report building.
* Good time‑management skills and awareness of health & safety issues.
