They’re now hiring a UX Manager to shape the foundations of their design practice, lead a high-performing team and elevate the customer experience across an expanding digital ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
You’ll lead and develop a multidisciplinary design team, guiding them through research, discovery and end-to-end design to create seamless, intuitive experiences. You’ll champion the user voice, drive alignment across distributed teams and partner closely with product and engineering to shape strategy, set priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes.
What are they looking for?
* Strong experience leading high-performing design teams within cross-functional product environments
* Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership, user-centred thinking and measurable impact
* Expertise across research, interaction design, journey mapping and collaborative workshops
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Experience with design thinking practices; design operations or AI-enhanced design a plus
