Senior Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor
RPS is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with proven experience in delivering challenging projects to join our Birmingham office.
Our Project and Cost Management team are industry leaders, delivering projects across various sectors of the built environment.

What you'll be doing
* Cost planning, including producing cost plans for commercial purposes
* Preparation of tender documents
* Preparation of reports throughout the project process
* Pre and post contract duties on various public and commercial projects
* Site visits for interim valuations and final accounts
* Acting as employer’s agent or providing contract administration services
* Mentoring junior team members
Who we’re looking for
* Working knowledge of JCT Contracts
* Understanding of construction contract principles
* Desire to learn and develop professionally
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Strong report writing and communication skills
* Good health and safety awareness
* Pragmatic approach with flexibility to amend activities quickly
