Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming primary school in B16, Birmingham, to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their on-site Resource Base. This provision supports pupils with EHCPs who require additional structure and specialist input alongside access to mainstream learning where appropriate. The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant within the Resource Base, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, communication difficulties and SEMH. Pupils are taught in small groups with a strong emphasis on emotional regulation, social development and personalised learning.
