What You’ll Be Doing ✔️ Maintain real-time visibility of fleet status, ensuring vehicles are ready, prioritised correctly, and aligned to rental demand ✔️ Manage workshop workflow in partnership with the Workshop Manager, setting clear priorities and resolving delays or blockers ✔️ Oversee onboarding of new vehicles, ensuring documentation, system uploads, and pre-hire requirements are completed efficiently ✔️ Review maintenance requirements, assess repair costs, raise and authorise purchase orders, and coordinate repairs with suppliers and OEMs ✔️ Act as the link between operations and the workshop, providing clear updates and managing fleet readiness risks ✔️ Support parts sourcing, warranty identification, and cost control to maximise value and minimise downtime ✔️ Ensure all vehicles meet high quality and safety standards before re-entering service ✔️ Work closely with operations to match fleet availability with customer demand and support service delivery What You’ll Bring ✔️ Time-served experience in an HGV, truck or tanker environment, with strong technical understanding ✔️ Excellent coordination, organisation, and communication skills ✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ✔️ A proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability ✔️ Good IT skills and attention to detail ✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we enjoy what we do Why TIP?
