Key Responsibilities & Top Must-Haves Own Paid Channels & Revenue: Develop, execute, and audit high-impact paid marketing strategies (PPC, Social Ads, Display, Retargeting) with a strong bias for pipeline and revenue growth, not just MQLs. German Language Expertise (Mandatory): Your ability to create compelling, regionally nuanced marketing content for the German-speaking audience is essential (native or near-native level). Demand Generation & B2B Focus: Proven 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on driving down Cost Per Lead (CPL), optimizing the funnel, and leveraging paid channels for quantifiable business impact.
