This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch across both sales and lettings, while ensuring exceptional customer service and strong commercial performance. As a Senior Branch Manager, you will be offered:

Key Senior Branch Manager responsibilities:
6. Overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy sales and lettings branch
7. Managing, motivating, and developing the team to achieve targets and KPIs
8. Driving business generation, valuations, instructions, and overall branch profitability
9. Ensuring strong pipeline management and high conversion levels across the sales department
10. Supporting lettings operations where required to ensure smooth branch performance
11. Monitoring figures, performance metrics, and branch results
12. Maintaining exceptional customer service standards and handling escalated client queries
13. Building strong relationships within the local market and helping to grow the company brand
14. Working closely with the business owners/directors to support business growth and strategy
To be considered for the Senior Branch Manager role, you will need:
15. Proven experience within estate agency, covering both sales and lettings (sales-focused preferred)
16. Previous experience in a Branch Manager or senior management role
17. A strong track record in winning instructions and driving revenue
18. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
19. A highly organised, proactive, and target-driven approach
20. A commercially minded attitude with the ability to drive and improve performance
