The opportunity:
Plexus is the world’s biggest Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain recruitment company. Founded in London in 2017, we have since grown to 50 heads and opened our Miami office in 2024. We are highly ambitious and plan to continue this progression as we always have done.
We are hiring experienced, growth-minded recruitment consultants looking to propel their career, whether that be into a management role or as a top billing IC. Our progression opportunities are limitless, which is why we are looking for self-drivers who will make this role their own.

The Role:
* You will establish yourself as an expert in a specific niche of the Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain space. This means building your knowledge and growing your own patch.
* Approach and win new business for yourself and Plexus, this can be face-to-face but predominantly phone based as we are fully global.
* Nurture and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
* Negotiate terms of business, salaries and packages and curate job specifications with clients.
* Either source candidates yourself, or rely on our delivery team to do so.
* Opportunity to collaborate with our marketer to create a personal brand.
* Pathways to management, international relocation, and directorship available.

Who we are looking for:
* Driven and ambitious people looking to be market leaders- we dominate our space and secure six-figure fees with clients as a standard
* Proven ability to bill consistently
* Preferably experienced in all areas of client management, taking job specs, negotiating terms and business development
* Both established 360 consultants and experienced 180 consultants looking to move 360 are considered
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple processes at once
* People who thrive in a team-culture environment
